Application

Ideal for heating water in domestic hot water cylinders, water tanks in caravans, boats, workshops, biodiesel production, home brewing, and preventing water freezing in livestock drinkers or raised ponds during winter months. Can be connected to a large 48v battery recharged by a solar panel or wind turbine with a thermostat to automatically regulate water temperature.

NOTE

When used as a diversion load, the element can be connected to batteries via a charge regulator to heat water when batteries are fully charged.
